Most major cities oath ceremony venues have passport processing service. You can ask them how long would it take to expedite a new passport.
If they do not have it at your oath ceremony, you will have to make an appointment in person. Here is the detail information and location. For trips less than 2 weeks away they recommend doing an expedite in person at the nearest passport agency to you. If you want to risk it you could do a standard expedite by mail.
You can fill out the application form online and it will verify everything is correct, then just print it and take it to any passport application center nearest to you.
